For the past twenty seven years Master James McNeil has had the good fortune and honor of being able to study and teach the highest level of Taoist lovemaking. To the best of his knowledge Master McNeil is the the only American to learn this treasured knowledge directly from Taoist masters from Taiwan and China. Master McNeil received his training in the traditional manner under the careful guidance of his teachers, Master Hsu Hong-Chi and Master Chiao Chang-Hung. Master McNeil’s purpose for teaching is to show men and women how can enjoy healthier and happier relationships by practicing Chi Kung exercises, Shih Shui, Meditation, and skillful lovemaking techniques as taught by Taoists for over 4,000 years ago.

Master McNeil met Master Hsu Hung-Chi in 1976. In 1979, Master Hsu Hung-Chi offered to teach him the secret of immortality and the art of Taoist Lovemaking. Taoist Masters have passed this knowledge down from master to student in the traditional manner since the reign of Huang-Ti, the Yellow Emperor. Huang-Ti wrote two books during his lifetime. The Su Nu Ching provides detailed infomation on Taoist Lovemaking. The other book, The Yellow Emperor’s Classic of Internal Medicine, deals specificially with Chi Kung, health, and longevity. This book is still used today in many acupuncture schools. Master Hsu taught Master McNeil not only Taoist Lovemaking, but also Chi Kung, acupressure massage, and martial arts. After Master Hsu Hung-Chi passed away, Master Chiao Chang Huang taught even higher levels of Chi Kung, Meditation, Martial Arts, Taoist Sexual Mediation, and much more.

Master McNeil and his work have been featured in articles and covers of magazines such as Inside Kung-Fu, Inside Karate, Masters & Styles, Chi Master, Empty Vessel, Martial Arts Masters, Internal Arts and Orange Coast Magazine, to mention a few in addition to many local newspaper articles and foreign publications in England, Sweden, Poland and Italy. He has appeared as a guest speaker twice for the American Institute of Hypnotherapy conventions, World Research Foundation, twice for the Lifestyles Conventions and Long Beach State University. Master McNeil has also taught at South Baylo College of Oriental Medicine, and John Bastyr Naturopathic College. He has appeared several times on television in the United States and Taiwan and has produced 35 videos and two books about martial arts and sexual techniques. His informal and entertaining style is always well received and he has a knack for making anyone feel comfortable in potentially awkward situations. The multitude of letters of gratitude and the great respect shown to him by his students and others attest to his skill and popularity as a teacher.

Master James McNeil is the founder and director of the Little Nine Heaven Internal Kung-Fu Retreat Center in the United States. At the retreat center training in martial arts, Shih-Shui, Meditation, and Taoist Love Making is conducted in the spirit of the ancient Taoist temples. Students have traveled from every American state, Canada, Russia, China, Poland, Greece, Japan, Burma, Vietnam, Malaysia, England, Sweden, South Africa and other countries to come and learn from him. It is the only training center of its kind in the Western world.

1973
Studied under Master Haumea Lefiti. Obtained the highest degree black belt given at that time for Splashing Hands fighting kung fu.

1973 – 1977
Studied under Master Ralph Shun. Learning southern style Shaolin five animals, Wing Chung, Iron Hand and weapons. Obtained the rank of master instruction in June 1976

1977 – 1984
Studied under Master Hsu Hong-Chi in Taipei, Taiwan. Receiving extensive training in the arts of chi-kung, Hsing-I, tui-na, acupressure, Taoist mediation, and Taoist sexual techniques. Obtained a 4th degree black, the highest degree give to his students.

1988 – 1989
Studied under Master Hsu Ting-Ming in Taipei Taiwan. Receiving extensive training in Psychic Healing. (Only American student)

1984 – 2000
Studied under Master Chin Cheng-Yen in Taipei, Taiwan. Trained in Tzu Men-Chuan system (Poison Fingers) and advanced training in Iron Hand (First and only student)

1984 – 1996
Studied under Master Pan Wing-Chow, Taipei, Taiwan, since 1983. Trained in Chen style Tai-Chi. (Only American student)

1984 – 2001
Master Chiao Chang-Hung, Taipei, Taiwan. Receiving advanced training in Little Nine Heaven kung-fu system, consisting of fighting, swordsmanship and Shih-Shui kung, Taoist meditation and chi kung and nei kung. Taught Pa-Kua and advanced Hsing-I. Further the training in Taoist sexual meditation techniques. (Only American student)
